Reports are that Buju Banton’s computer forensics expert, Larry Daniel can only examine the data from Feb. 14, 2011 - March 8, 2011 on Terri Wright’s computer.
This comes according to an order filed last Friday by U.S. District Judge James S. Moody Jr., who is in the process of sorting out allegations that juror Terri Wright conducted improper research during the 2011 trial of the Reggae artiste who is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence on two drug charges .
An international newspaper had reported that Terri admitted to doing independent Internet research during the trial, quoting her as saying, "I would get in the car, just write my notes down so I could remember, and I would come home and do the research."
However, Terri testified that the reporter misunderstood her, and that she did the research after the trial was concluded.
